In July 2014 Norway ferrosilicon was mainly exported to Germany 5,011 mt, the Netherlands 4,403 mt, the UK 2,186mt, Finland 2,160 mt and Belgium 1,893 mt. The top importers of Norway ferrosilicon were Germany 9,654 mt, the Netherlands 4,248 mt, Belgium 4,149 mt, Spain 2,967 mt, Finland 2,145 mt and the UK 1,553 mt in June 2014. Thus we could see large reduced exports of Norway ferrosilicon were due to shrinking imports from Germany, Spain and Belgium.

In January-July 2014 total exports of Norway ferrosilicon reached 155,636 mt, increasing about ten thousand tons than 145, 802 mt of the same period of 2013.
