According to recent investigation of www.ferro-alloys.com, cold-rolled strip steel price was still low in China as demand was weak. In Hebei and Shandong province, the major production areas of cored wire strip steel, mainstream ex-work price of 0.35*55 strip steel stayed at RMB 4000-4200/mt (USD 645-USD677/mt). Meanwhile, some manufacturers started to lower price as market demand was weak. Some factories offered as low as RMB 3950/mt. Future market was faced with downward pressure.
