[Fellow]Globe to Restart Ferrosilicon Output at Siltech

Globe Specialty Metals aims to restart ferrosilicon production at South African subsidiary Silicon Technology (Siltech) by the end of 2014.

The Miami-based silicon metal producer plans to eventually target the Asian and European high-purity ferrosilicon markets. Globe will ramp up the Siltech plant in the last three months of this year.
