Print[Ferro-Alloys.com]At early of Sept., the operating rate of high Ferronickel in Shandong-one major producing areas of China basically maintained at 30-50% and the ex-works price was RMB1260-1280/Ni. Despite of the poor market condition, even the large manufactures here could not improve the production.
For low FeNi, the operating rate in Shandong was generally high. However, as the demand from stainless steel mills was not well, the sales was not optimistic, according some producers. The mainstream price was quoted at RMB2600-2650/mt(ex-works price with tax) while some sellers said their real trading price was a little lower than RMB2600/mt.
