[Ferro-alloys.com]According to the latest data released by National Bureau of Statistics, power production of China in August 2014 was 495.9 billion KWH, down 2.2% year-on-year. It was analyzed that low temperature affected power generation. National average temperature in August was 0.2 ℃ lower than common year and 1.5 ℃ lower than the same period last year. In August, thermal power generation decreased by 11.3% and then inventory pressure in coal market began to show.
