In Henan province, ex-work price of Ca98%min∮9㎜Ca wire stayed around RMB12400-12600/mt (USD2000-2032/mt).Other cored wires were also peaceful. In Henan province, mainstream ex-work price of Ca28Si55∮13㎜ CaSi wire stayed at RMB 9800-10000/mt. Ex-work price of C98%∮13㎜ carbon wire stayed at RMB 4600-4800/mt. Operation of major cored wire manufacturers was generally normal.
Spot supply of calcium metal was no longer in shortage and market price was decreased in China. In Shanxi and Henan Province, the major producing areas of calcium metal, mainstream ex-work price of Ca98%，0-2mm calcium granule dropped to RMB 21200/mt, and price of Ca98%min ∮7.5㎜calcium silk dropped to RMB 24200/mt.
Cold-rolled strip steel price was still low. In Hebei and Shandong province, the major production areas of cored wire strip steel, mainstream ex-work price of 0.35*55 strip steel stayed at RMB 4000-4200/mt (USD 645-USD677/mt).
In general, cored market would still be weak as steel market could not turn better in the short term.
