[Ferro-Alloys.com] On 17^th, October, 2014 5th MnCrNi & SSteel International Conference, organized by Ferro-Alloys.com and co-organized by Jiaocheng Yiwang Ferroalloy Co.,Ltd and Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., ltd (TISCO), was successfully kick off in Taiyuan Garden International Hotel （Five-Star Hotel）, Shanxi Province, China. The conference aims for build a good platform for the company to keep abreast of the movement for policy, market trend, trade business and technical exchanges. In this meeting, representatives from government agencies, industry associations and enterprises amounted to over more than 120.

Fristly, on behalf of the Conference organizer, Mr Liu Zhengzhi President and General Manager of Ferro-Alloys.com extended sincere thanks for co-organizer TISCO and Jiaocheng Yiwang Ferroalloy Co.,Ltd as well as all representatives. Then, Mr Liu gave a briefly introduaction on current ferroalloy situation. In fact, ongoing sluggish market for ferroalloy industry in recent years impacted business on manganese ore and chrome ore traders in China. What’s more, diving profits already made many ore businessmen give up ore trading, some even suffered bandkrupt. In addition to that, affected by poor performance for steel market, ferroalloy industry has also been at low ebb amid increasing cost from labor, environmental proctection and tax. Given that in situation, future development of Ferroalloy industry is no longer suitable for extensive development, investments can make big return before 2007 would no longer exists.  

As for the future development of the industry, Mr Liu believed that the company should pay more attention on mecro economy and policy movement. In terms of market, business becomes more and more under the influence of other national policies in the process of global trade integration, so businesses set their sights on the global market, know inside and outside.
