Perspective of the reverse condition of supply and demand, Mr. Lee said, the economy growth of China entered slow growth era from the high-speed growth. Besides, the steel industry faced the transformation and meanwhile the steel scrap era is coming.

For Silicon-manganese market forecast, Mr. Lee said, the silicon-manganese price would continued to decline and it was expected the benchmark price of Hebei Iron & Steel Group would further cut down by RMB50/mt or higher.
