As more EMM capacity was released recently, spot supply was abundant, but downstream demand was still weak. Therefore, oversupply was more severe.

Selenium dioxide (SeO2) market dropped a little. Mainstream ex-work price of 98% SeO2 decreased below RMB 230/kg. The main use of selenium dioxide was still in EMM industry at present.

Current price dropped by RMB600/mt year-on-year and many manufacturers were in loss. Market price nearly touched bottom and it was likely to keep stable supported by rigid cost.
