Print[Ferro-alloys.com]Guangxi Non-Ferrous Metals Group Huiyuan Manganese Industry Co., Ltd. (HuiYuan Manganese) issued its letter of intent about introducing strategic investors recently. To meet the needs of development and reform, the company planed to introduce strategic investors and form long-term strategic partners, so that national manganese dioxide (MnO2) production base could be developed.
As its production line of electrolytic manganese metal (EMM) was shut down for a long time, HuiYuan Manganese decided to transform it into a production line of MnO2. It was estimated that a new production line of MnO2 would cost about RMB 200 million (USD32.3 million) while the transformation plan would cost only RMB 80 million.
