[Ferro-Alloys.com]It is reported that Shagang Steel Group unveiled Feb purchase plan on ferroalloys. Among of this, the group cut purchase on silicon manganese to only 12,000 tons from 16,000 tons in Jan, while medium carbon ferromanganese was contracted to 800 tons from 1000 tons. Low carbon ferromanganese was shrank to 500 tons on the basis of 600 tons.
