One of alloys producers based in Inner Mongolia said that the company just sold 78C1.5 with comparatively high P with RMB8,200/mt and RMB8,000/mt for 78C2.0, while RMB7,500/mt for 75C2.0.  In Hunan, given low operation rates, spot supply showed somewhat tight.

In short, despite temporarily unchanged quotation of producers, downtrend of bidiing price from steel mills would lead to operation rates of medium carbon ferromanganese kept at low level in the near future.
