[Ferro-Alloys.com]By the end of March, it is reported that there was only 61 furances sustaining operation out of 108 furances in Ningxia of China according to data from local government. Among of this, 26 out of 45 ferroalloy furnaces suspended production, 12 out of 29 special ferroalloy suspended operation, 9 out of 27 calcium carbide furnaces put off production. Falling price and tight capital flow are main reason responsible for furnaces stopping operation.
