In fact, the price of Low ferrotitanium in China already showed bottom out as it dropped below production cost line. Since profitable for High ferrotitanium, seller will make some concessions to do it. In the international market, FeTi price reported by MB was at USD5.55-5.75/kg Ti.

Titanium concentrates remained at low level with flat demand. At present, titanium concentrates prices stabled at RMB500-550/mt for 47% in Sichuan, and RMB550-600/mt for 45% materials in Yunnan. spongy titanium0# focused on RMB48,000-49,000/mt and RMB47,000-48,000/mt for spongy titanium1#. Given narrowed profits, producers objected to sell products with low price.

Outlook: The price of FeTi30# is expected to bottom out.
