As a joint venture between Hongwang Group and Huayu International, Shandong operation has emerged based on the sufficient energy and advanced hot-rolled steel techniques from Shengyang Group and Huale Alloys. The Shandong project is announced to be the first stainless steel cold-rolling programme in north China, is a significant strategic layout in north China, which will push the stainless-steel north market ahead aggressively in the near future.
