[Ferro-Alloys.com]Glencore has announced its 2015 annual production report, the company’s nickel production totaled 96,200 tons in 2015, down by 5% year on year, mainly due to the Sudbury smelter to suspend for 6 weeks and Koniambo refinery caused by metals leaking problem in December of 2014.
In 4th quarter of 2015, the company’s nickel production totaled 27,500 tons, an increase of 38.89% month on month; an increase of 6% year on year.
According to source said that Glencore’s nickel production estimated at 11.2-120,000 tons in 2016, an increase of 16.42-24.74% year on year.
