[www.ferro-alloys.com] Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) has approved a grant of seven hundred and sixty million rupees for two-month salary of employees of Pakistan Steel Mills.

The meeting of the Committee was held in Islamabad on Wednesday with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in the chair.

Federal ministers Pervez Rashid, Ahsan Iqbal, Shahid Khaqan Abbassi, Sikander Hayat Bosan and Ghulam Murtaza Jatoi attended meeting.

The Economic Coordination Committee also approved purchase of jet fuel and furnace oil from Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.

To improve security of foreign dignitaries in the country, the meeting decided to purchase thirty-five armoured vehicles.
