5. Henan Fengbao Pipes Co.,Ltd: 50% output permitted.

6. Linzhou Hexin Casting Co.,Ltd: One sintering machine works

7. Linzhou Heavy Machinery linzhou Steel Co.,Ltd: One sintering machine works

8. Heman Yaxin Steel Co.,Ltd: One sintering machine keeps working while the other works from 8am to 20pm.

9. Anyang Iron&steel Industry Co.,Ltd: 50% output permitted

10. Anyang Xinyuan Steel Co.,Ltd: One sintering machine works from 8am to 20pm.

11. Anyang Xinpu Steel Co.,Ltd: One sintering machine keeps working.

12. Sha Steel Yongxing Steel Group: One sintering machine keeps working.

13. Anyang Bosheng Steel Co.,Ltd: One sintering machine works from 8am to 20pm.

14. Anyang Huixin Steel Co.,Ltd: Halts production.

15. Henan Huifeng Pipes Co.,Ltd: 50% output permitted.

16. Anyang Boxin Bar Co.,Ltd: 50% output permitted.

This output limitation becomes the forth one in this month because of Environmental protection.

Since Anyang is the source of recent serious air pollution, as well as the city the pollution of which lasts the longest. According to the first quarter review team of the Environmental Protection Department, the pollution results from missing emergency measures in polluted conditions, serious illegal emission, fake online inspection data from these factories and misconduct and slow reaction of the government.
