By the end of trading, the LME nickel price was 13535 USD/T. It was 270 USD/T lower than the price on Monday. Affected by declining of LME nickel, the future nickel prices in all contract went down in Shanghai Future Exchange in general. Compared to Wuxi 1809 contract, the premium of Russian nickel was 150 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 1500 RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 113200 RMB/T. It was 1300 RMB/T lower than the price yesterday.  

Influenced by declining trend of nickel market, the products’prices decreased in stainless steel market. Meanwhile, only few trades were completed, and the demands for ferronickel was insufficient. So, the high grade ferronickel price went down. In Inner Mongolia, the price was 1060-1080 RMB/Nickel. In Shandong, Jiangsu, and Liaoning Provinces, the price decrased to 1070-1085 RMB/Nickel. Affected by the small trading amount of 201 series stainless steel, the low grade ferronickel remained at 3250-3350 RMB/T.
