Encouraged by rising of LME nickel price, the Shanghai Future Nickel prices in all contracts lifted up in the morning。 Compared to Wuxi 1811 contract, the premium of Russian nickel was 300 RMB/T, and the barrelled small piece electrolytic nickel was quoted at 5900 RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 110200 RMB/T. It was 1500 RMB/T higher than the price on last Friday.

Although LME nickel price lifted up on last Friday, stainless steel market was still not as well as people expected. So, the price of ferronickel did not rise today. The high grade ferronickel price kept steady today, so did the price of low grade ferronickel. The high grade ferronickel was quoted at 1060-1080 RMB/Nickel, and low grade ferronickel was quoted at 3650-3750 RMB/T
