Influenced by macro economy situation, both Russian nickel price and Jinchuan nickel price dropped down today. So did Shanghai future nickel price. Compared with Wuxi 1812 contract, the premium of Russian nickel was 100-150 RMB/T, and the premium of Jinchuan nickel was 11000 RMB/T. Today, Jinchuan quoted its electrolytic nickel at 102000 RMB/T. It was 1500 RMB/T lower than th price yesterday.

Today, stainless steel was still in downturn. Both 304 series stainless steel price  and 201 series stainless steel price fell down. It was said that Beihaichengde and ZPSS would halted their priduction for overhaul. So, the demand for ferronickel was still in lower level. Besides, the fall of LME nickel also affected ferronickel market. The price of high grade ferronickel fell down today. The mainstream price was 985-1000 RMB/Nickel. Low grade ferronickel kept steady. The mainstream price remained at 3500-3600 RMB/T.
