Qingdao Port International : The Company opened up a new mode of "Railway + Highway" whole-course Logistics

Qingdao Port News Center reported, with the successful opening of the Huangdao-Liaocheng iron ore train, the Company recently has opened up a new mode of 'railway + highway' logistics for iron ore transportation from the port area to the areas outside the province.

After the previous development promotion meeting of iron ore business segment, the Company made full use of the national 'Highway to Railway' policy, actively planned and formulated the personalized and precise logistics service plan for service manufacturers and customers, contacted and coordinated Jinan Bureau Group of China Railway to open the 'Huangdao-Liaocheng' iron ore dredging special line, and jointly opened the automobile special line connecting Liaocheng Railway Station with the third party logistics company to build the convenient and efficient logistics channel for customers.

The 'Railway + Highway' transportation mode has solved the problem of insufficient automobile transportation capacity of steel mills in some areas, opened up new logistics channels and saved transportation costs for those steel mills without special railways.
