[Fellow]European trading has been quiet although there are signs that the market may be establishing a price floor after months of steady price losses.

[Ferro-Alloys.com] Steel mills have lowered their consumption of direct-reduced (DR) iron pellets, which has put strong downward price pressure on the global market, sources have told Fastmarkets this week.

Fastmarkets has lowered its iron ore DR-grade pellet premium, Middle East reference, to $65 per tonne on Wednesday July 31, from $68 per tonne on June 28. (MetalBulletin)
