  On December 22, China’s Baowu industrial internet platform xin3plat, which is independently developed by Baosteel software, was launched at the China Baowu / Baoxin software industrial internet platform conference with the theme of "smart navigation, creating the future". Driven by new infrastructure, platform based and ecology as goal, the platform will build a centralized, shared and enabling new infrastructure, and create a digital ecological operating system for iron and steel.   More than 70 experts and customer representatives from across the country gathered together to witness this historical moment. Guo Bin, member of the Standing Committee and deputy general manager of Baowu Party committee; Zhang Ying, deputy director of Shanghai Economic and Information Commission; Jia Yanlin, general manager of China Baowu intelligent service industry development center and director of intelligent and big data construction leading group, jointly announce that China Baowu / Baoxin software industrial Internet platform was launched.

  Baoxin software adheres to the advanced management concept of China’s Baowu obtaining business construction ability and digital solutions of the whole level, whole process and whole life cycle of iron and steel industry. In 2018, Baoxin software started the research and development of a-new-generation ecological technology platform based on industrial Internet architecture; in 2019, Baoxin software steel industrial internet platform project was listed in platform integration innovative application plate issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. China’s Baowu industrial internet platform xin3plat, independently developed by Baosteel software, relies on seven core technologies, including big data, artificial intelligence, intelligent equipment, centralized control, industrial network security, mobile Internet of things, and virtual manufacturing. Building iplat for smart manufacturing application scenarios and two eplat platforms for smart service application scenarios, enterprises can realize four new transformation, which include ability servitization, business digitalization, enterprise platformization and management intellectualization.

  China’s Baowu industrial internet platform has strong resource management ability and application service ability. Until now, the platform has connected 352+ million industrial equipment, 1600+ industrial models, 2100+ platform micro-services, 800+ cloud software and 3800+ industrial app, and 140000+ registered enterprise users. The solutions provided by the platform have covered iron and steel, medicine, rail transportation, petrochemical, finance, non-ferrous metals, agriculture, e-commerce, IDC, industrial parks and other industries, involving safety production, energy-saving and emission-reduction, quality control, supply chain management, R&D, production and manufacturing, operation management, warehousing and logistics, operation and maintenance services and other business areas.

  Jiang Wei, deputy secretary of the Party committee of China Iron and Steel Industry Association, warmly congratulated the launch of China’s Baowu industrial Internet platform via video. He fully affirmed the positive exploration and leading role of China’s Baowu in Intelligent Manufacturing in recent years. He hoped that China’s Baowu could continue its development through the strength of Science and technology, and rely on the powerful momentum of digitalization, networking and intellectualization of the industrial internet platform. The new ecology of plastic steel and iron will create a new intelligent manufacturing in China and make greater contributions to the promotion of scientific and technological innovation in iron and steel industry.

  Zhang Ying fully affirmed the important role that Baoxin software plays in the development of industrial Internet industry. She hoped that Baoxin software would continue to give full play to its advantages in scientific and technological innovation, firmly seize the opportunity of Shanghai's construction of an international science and technology innovation center, implement dual-cycles, promote the deep integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry, create a benchmark of industrial Internet, and become a business model of Shanghai's industrial internet.
