According to data of Trade Statistics of Japan, in Jan-Oct 2021, Japan imported 351790.694 tons of ferrosilicon (containing by weight more than 55% of silicon), a year-on-year increase of 28.85%. Among them, 122627.843 tons were imported from China, accounting for 34.86%, and 117803.564 tons were imported from Russia, accounting for 33.49%.
