Production was 1,684,000 net tons in the week ending September 9, 2022 while the capability utilization then was 76.4 percent. The current week production represents a 2.2 percent increase from the same period in the previous year.

Adjusted year-to-date production through September 9,2023 was 61,565,000 net tons, at a capability utilization rate of76.0 percent. That is down 1.7 percent from the 62,632,000 net tons during the same period last year, when the capability utilization rate was 79.4 percent.
