Japan's manganese alloys import decreased by 20% y-o-y in CY'23 to 295,605 t which was 368,063 t in CY'22.

 

Ferro manganese imports diminished y-o-y in CY'23 to 67,607 t as against 97,951 t in CY'22. Meanwhile, silico manganese fell by 16% in CY'23.

 

However, manganese ore imports increased by 5% to 914,205 t in CY'23 which was 869,093 t in CY'22.
