[Ferro-alloys.com]On May 30 the 10th China Ferro-Alloys International Conference, Mr. Xue Yongliang, the president of Erdos Metallurgy Group, stated his own opinion on the excess capacity of ferroalloy industries.
He pointed out that in addition to the expansion of enterprise itself, the cause of serious excess capacity of Chinese ferroalloy industry also comes from incorrect judgment on the economic situation of the enterprise and the support policy of local government.
On the one hand, it is expected the new central government will publish a series of positive policy quickly to drive economic growth directly, then prompt companies to step up production; On the other hand, it is expected that local government continue to policy support such as electricity subsidies, but in fact it can not come true because of debt problem from local government.
