He said that the imbalance of supply and demand is still the market principal contradiction because of influence of European debt crisis.
Nowadays, the rate cut is still very serious in Japan, the United States, etc.; Market price of ferroalloy fluctuates frequently; Lack of demand leads to trade friction intensified; PPI (producer price index) fell from month to month, RMB appreciation has much effect on the export. All of these mean a huge challenge for our development.
