China will increase eletricity price and oil price from July 1st, so the cost of ferro silicon will be increased by 50usd/mt-80usd/mt than before, the approx cost of production of ferro silicon is about RBM7500/mt ex work,(about usd1300/mt) ,not included the transportation and export duty 25%. the margin of the profit is not huge and no  profit to the producers.

Will the price come down further next week ? that deponds on the demands, if there are good demands, price will keep stable and no further decending. otherwise, price will go down further to usd1800/mt fob tax included.
