[Ferro-alloys.com]At the end of Aug., in Inner Mongolia province, one of the main producing areas of high ferronickel in China, the operating rate recovered a little while the mainstream price declined slightly. Now most of the producers quoted at RMB1290-1310/Ni, and some reduced it to RMB1270-1280/Ni for the tight fund. Most of the manufactures held not much stock for the poor market condition and the working capital factors. 

Another main producing area of China-Jiangsu province, maintained high operating rate at 80-90% and the mainstream ex-works price was RMB1280-1395/Ni. However, in respect of the market conditions in Sep., one major producer there said, the high FeNi might be hard to go up for the tight fund and the poor condition of stainless steel. What’s worse, the price might even declined slightly.
