The city also has an investment opportunity for developing a residential city. The city's strategic sectoral division demonstrates its commitment to facilitating industry-specific growth, with sectors like food, logistics,construction materials, steel and wood, plastic and paper, marble, and SMEs showing promising occupancy rates. Occupancy rates in the construction materials sector stand at over 26%, with remarkable demand observed in the steel and wood sector, boasting an occupancy rate exceeding 60%.
